Instruments of War (2021 ongoing)

Instruments of War: Steel and Sound is an upcoming project in which Frlan explores the extensive relationship between music and war. Frlan is shaping steel into musical instruments that create sound and can be played. She is collaborating with improvising musicians and a sound poet. Their collective goal is to create a performance of war-themed music that integrates the sounds of Anna’s instruments.
